Salesforce BA

5+ years' experience in Business Analysis with exposure to project management and/or technical writing. Minimum of 3 years' experience on the Salesforce platform, Admin certification preferred. Exposure to various development methodologies including Waterfall and Agile. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven technical writing abilities. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
